What Makes Us Different
To Other Agents?

What Makes Us Different
If you choose to work with us, you can benefit from the inside knowledge we have, regarding these afore-mentioned territories. Our experienced business partners in these regions will only negotiate trade deals with people whom they already know. It will not be a case of merely finding a name online or from a list and hoping for the best!
Most importantly, one of our main criteria, is that we will only use internationally recognised and approved legal documentation suitable for International Trade. We say this, because there are a lot of fake documents available, and floating about online.
People might not be aware that some (although, not all) SPA's and CI's may not necessarily be legally complaint nor suitable for international trade. Therefore, if something goes wrong during a transaction, there is no protection afforded to the user. Furthermore, most NCNDA IMFPAs have no legal standing whatsoever, and yet some agents are innocently using them in good faith, only to be left high and dry when things go wrong (or if they get cheated by unscrupulous and rogue traders).
What We Can Do For You!
Marketing

Have you got a product you wish to have promoted in the CIS? If so, please send us a brief profile and details, regarding what you can offer. We can give you a no-obligation opinion about what we can propose to do for you, within a few days.

Import and Export
We are not like typical trade agents.
If you choose to work with us, you will be working with people who have several years’ knowledge of these regions.
We do not hide behind computers, and if the enquiry is serious, we would be happy to visit you, to discuss your query face to face.
Furthermore, if you are mainly dealing with a domestic market, we can suggest suitable shipping companies who have experience in shipping to these regions.
Should you decide to go with a shipper of your choice, of course that is your prerogative, however, please do not hold us responsible for any untoward events.
Are you looking for a more competitive source of supply? Or, perhaps, you have new products which you wish to sell in the United Kingdom coming from one of these regions? The CIS is laden with opportunities, as some of these regions have very fertile lands and have ideal conditions for cultivating crops, etc.
Sourcing

What You Can Expect
From Trading With Us
You can expect to benefit from several years' experience and be introduced to reliable business partners and their contacts, who know their country well. They can speak to potential buyers or sellers on your behalf and help to filter out unsuitable ones.
If we cannot find an importer or exporter for your goods, we will inform you as soon as we can, and if you wish, we can try and find a market for it.
Our Intermediate
Growth Plans
For now, we are focusing on Georgia and Lithuania, but in the coming weeks, we will be preparing to provide you with established, reliable and solid connections in the following CIS Nations: Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
These future connections will also be your representative voice in these territories.
An ideal International Business Contract requires a precise and detailed underlying contract, which can be expensive and time consuming to prepare.
We request that you agree to complete a legally recognised international contract appointing us as Intermediary. This contract will balance the needs of the buyer and seller equally. It allows for specific and general conditions for you to complete and to adapt as appropriate. It is also specifically adapted for transactions governed by the UN Convention of the International Sale of Goods. Our Contract allows the exporter to choose one of the 11 recognised Incoterms.
If you would like a short guide on Incoterms, we can send one.
This International Sale Contract can also be adapted according to your needs.
We have already previously made you aware of readily available NCNDA IMFPAs online, with no legal standing, which some agents are innocently using and trusting it to protect them.
Once we start trading, we will furnish you with a copy of the International Sale Contract and provide you with a Guide to help you through the process.
Should any of the contents of our website be of interest to you, please feel free to contact us for more details.
Please note, use of the International Legally Approved Contracts is Mandatory
